i discovered, a minor bug (maybe?) in crafting. I do tailoring, and for first 75 points i need bolts of jute (made from jute scrap). So i can buy light armor from 5lvl merchant (cca 50 bronze coins) and crude salvage kit (cca 25 bronze coins), salvage already bought armor to crafting material and repeat to infinity while i have enough money.

Dunno if is it a bug or is it okay.

I cant see a problem with that, you would normally get that cloth for free from looting, now you are paying for it. you say repeat to infinity while you have the money, the fact that you would run out of money makes it not infinite. I’m not sure how much cloth you would get from it but i imagine after buying the salvage kit + the armor it works out a similar cost or possibly more expensive than using than TP anyway?

I actually tried to do this, but I couldn’t. Was this just the generic scaling armor merchant?

It was normal armor merchant (armorsmith) in Queensdale Township of Claypool

this has been nerfed. used to be able to do it.

You also cannot salvage/sell karma vendor items anymore either, which you used to be able to do.
