Guild Wars 2

So from the moment i bought the game and istall it when i opened it and pressed play i had a Black Screen then an error. I send the error multiple times and had no response. So i came to forums. It says VerifyAccess failed or denied access with 0×80070716 – and also it says:

I hope that helps. I want to play this game!! I also played this game from appdata but now its gone and i cant play it!! HELP Arena net!!

What I can see form this compared to my own log file is that it cannot create the gw2cache-{random numbers} folder

I have 2 things you can try,

1)
verify that you have the gw2cache folder, if not create it and make sure it have all permissions for reading and writing also execute permision since this is where the awesomium_process.exe is located and is used by the game

2) run the game as admin
