Guild Wars 2

I cant go to the guild hall on any of my characters without the game crashing. sometimes i get the pop up to send a report and other times the game just stops responding and i have to force close it. Its been happening for a few days now and ive reinstalled the game as well as windows since it started having this issue. all of my characters when trying to go to the guild hall other then my sylvari crash on the loading screen but my sylvari can load the guild hall completely then crashes before i move. i have no problems at all doing anything else in the game its just crashing when going to the guild hall.

ive posted this on the gw2 subreddit as well. had some replies about guild decorations adn how far are they from the portal as well as trying to walk into the guild hall via the map and on foot. i dont have the mastery yet to walk in on foot so cant try that but i tried going in via the map and it still crashes.

Some options:
