Hi Guys and Gals I have an issue I just cannot seem to shake.

been playing on and off since release and now back into it 100% but seem to have this crazy bug I just cannot shake. I’m loading in fine and have crystal clear gameplay but after about 5 mins play I usually loose the cursor or the icon seems to corrupt and becomes outlined, once this happens if i either enter a Cinematic or activate the map it CTD but also causes windows explorer to hang.

I have been onto support and gone through the basics such as drivers and such, game repair and eventual reinstall. specs are;

Power profiles are set to prevent turbo, no overclocks on CPU/GPU/RAM, all drives healthy and running at 100%, drivers all up to date and running stable versions.

I just have no idea how to even diagnose this issue, support are trying but its just going around in the same automated loop of try this and get back to us, none of which has had an effect.

Any ideas?

strange enough if i play as a Sylvari I appear to be crash free for a while, but minutes into the Asura starting location im loosing the mouse cursor and then the launcher :/
