Confirmed by others than me:

When yo complete this achievment, all crystallized caches get opened and you can’t loot then anymore. Neither by changing map, or in another round.

Also, The raven staff Collection 1 is bugged and don’t awards the item for disabling the blighted tree in Dragon stand.

Yup. I have the same problem with crystalline caches and the achievement.
