Did you submit a ticket, and if so, post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ over in (now) Account and Technical Support?
If you did not create a ticket you will need to do so. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. If you did, you will need to create another, as the original would have been closed after this amount of time. You can find helpful Stickies about tickets in the Account and Technical Support sub-forum.
