Guild Wars 2

As title said, the Skill Point Challenge in Caer Shadowfain is bugged in HoD.

Either the NPC is missing or the NPC is not letting me get the Skill Challenge.

This is also the case on Stormbluff Isle. The npc has been missing for at least 4 days.

This is also true for Crystal Desert.
