Im very upset at the lack of response about this. In less than an hour the daily is going to reset and im guessing we are just going to be outta luck.

i posted about this 20 hours ago, and reread the last official reply that they were working on it that was 22 hours ago, nothing has been said about it other than complaints. One would think for a hot topic like this they would reply every few hours to show concern

Well, just an update from tech support account, they basicly just said to me they cant do anything about it and we are not getting stuff back… so i hate fractals also guild missions too, now only way to get ascended gear is bugged, gg anet…

Same thing happened to me. Ended up finishing the daily yesterday, jumping from 4/5 to 6/5. No completion notification, no chest. And worst of all, it didn’t update my monthly completionist tracker (that single daily was all I was missing for the monthly). Submitted a bug report at the time and just submitted another report here on the support site before I saw this forum thread. Logged in today to give the daily another go to finish my monthly only to realize that the monthly has already reset, while it’s still February..

This happened to me last night. I actually finished 6 of the categories for daily and didn’t receive my reward. Very upsetting since this and monthly is only way to get laurels.

This glitch happened to me yesterday (2/27). Finished the daily’s (5/5 then went for 6/5 just to see if that helped) & no reward/laurels/karma PLUS it didn’t count towards my monthly counter making me miss the monthly rewards also…

Got a response from the Support Team in regards to my submitted ticket. They only read the first 10% of it and then responded to an issue that I wasn’t asking to be addressed. Completely overlooking the entire paragraph on the daily bugging out. Hopefully forum moderators and the Support Team members aren’t one in the same…

Eh I just had another day of my daily Laurel Not being given to me (Or the coin/Jug of karma and such)

IS there going to be compensation to thouse of us who have been bugged or at the very least is it going to be Fixed soon? I dont feel like attempting to do any Dailys right now due to this bug. Or even realy bothering to play considering my Dailys might be completed and it just bug me out again XD

update 1 day and 4 hours since i completed yesterdays daily’s still no chest poped up or no items in mail/inventory i will continue till reward is given
edit: can you atleast tell us something dev’s not forum devs maybe Gaile Gray can help enlightin us on this situation

I Dunno 2 Dailys in a row with no loot and such is kinda Sad. Im going to stop playing Guild Wars 2 for awhile truth be told i dont wanna keep playing with this bug in place due to being afraid of just how much it can effect my characters and such.

ok update so i just finished my daily for today and was very careful not to try obtain two at once which is just kitten anyway got my reward for the daily. But i want to know what are you doing about the one which was missed(i got max 9/5 and no reward) cause most of us got on here and some reported ingame i just like to hear something official

I have completed 7/9 of my Daily Missions. I completed them at 7:48 PM PST, my initial 5 daily missions, and started them at 6:12 PM PST, all of them today, February 28, 2013.

Just got this reply to my support ticket, but I’ve got to post my last message to them first:
Me:
“Any chance someone at the Guild Wars 2 Support Team can bother themselves to read an entire report? My issue wasn’t directly concerning the monthly timer. My issue was directed at the daily achievement bugging out. There is no worse sign of an incompetent support system than one that answers a question not being asked."

Their response:
“I am sorry to hear that you ran into trouble claiming the Daily Achievement Rewards, and I do apologize that we misunderstood your issue previously. At this time we do not have any work around if the Daily Reward does not appear after completion. However, we are tracking these reports and investigating into any possible causes.

There is also a discussion topic on the forums with similar reports: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Daily-6-categories-complete-no-reward, and we welcome you post your thoughts there as well."

So, they linked the same page to me that I linked to them… More incompetence, but at least they are aware of this thread.

I got mine today too, but still missing yesterdays….submitted a support ticket (As I had to go to the hospital and therefore could not get a screenshot so support ticket is my only mobile option) and have not heard anything back on that yet either.

It seems to be very much linked to the daily leveler requirement.

Feb 27th, 2013 – Completed 6/5 with daily leveler (simultaneous action), no chest.
Feb 28th, 2013 – Completed 5/5 without daily leveler as an option, chest.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they have temporarily disabled daily levelers from the requirements set, but I haven’t been home today to check out the requirements on March 1st, 2013.

From the patch notes posted an hour ago:
•Fixed a bug where Daily Rewards were sometimes not being granted after completing five daily achievements.

Unfortunately after updating and entering the game there was no chest waiting for me from the one I was never rewarded from two days ago.

I’m glad the bug is fixed, but how can we get a game developer to get on here and note our accounts so we can all get the rewards we’re owed?

I also wrote a support ticket and got a disappointing response. I hope we get our daily rewards, but — based on another ticket I created and never got help for — I doubt we’ll be getting any overdue chests, laurels or karma jugs

What really sucks for me: I should be at 30 laurels today for my amulet, but instead I’m at 29 and have to wait yet another day. FML.

Alas, no to ever receiving the rewards. I just received this response to my aforementioned support request:

“I’m pleased to let you know that the issue that was preventing daily rewards from being granted under certain circumstances has been fixed. We also investigated the possibility of replacing daily rewards that were lost as a result of this issue. However, despite our best efforts, we were not able to provide replacement rewards due to technical limitations.”

So I guess that’s it. Oh, well.

Thanks… so does this mean they’re completely ignoring and not even acknowledging this thread? Because if so that’s really bogus. It would be less frustrating if a moderator or a Dev actually spoke to the player base instead of just hoping we read patch notes. It also still doesn’t reimburse folks, which is why I’m sure they’re not saying anything.

The issue with laurels is now corrected. While we looked into the possibility of replacing daily rewards that were lost as a result of this issue, it’s not possible for us to do that due to technical limitations.

We’re sorry that you may have missed a few laurels but are happy to confirm that moving you will be getting your reward chests for future daily achievements.
