Today I selected the dailys from the list….5 of them. I completed all the selected daily achievements, and my reward was nothing. So, I selected another achievement from the list, completed that one….got nothing for reward. Tried it one more time, hoping it was me…completed the task. Reward was nothing. So, all together I completed 7 achievements on the dailys and got nothing but wasted time apparently. My dailys reset at 4pm my time and I didn’t start them until after that time.

After all that work, it’s upsetting to say the least. I also tried to submit a bug report via the support option in game, but for some reason could not get the submit button to become clickable even though I completed each section according to instruction. I’m attaching a screenshot of my daily window. Unfortunately my completion bars only show 6 achievements in the window but if you look at the total achievements at the top of that window, it does in fact state 7.

I have paid money to purchase this game, and have also spent money to purchase game items from the in game mall. If this continues to waste my time….I’ll spend no more money here. I hope this issue gets corrected, because I just wasted hours on that list for absolutely nothing. Thank you for reviewing this matter.

PS. Could you please review and verify that the in game bug reports actually work. Because This is the second time I’m having to type this information.

At the time of your post (8 pm PST), those were yesterday’s achievements.

Check your system clock and make sure it is in synch with the current time; it appears to be 12 or 24 hrs off. The display of daily achievements is affected by the time your computer thinks it is, but the actual achievements you need to complete are determined by the time on the servers.

The in-game bug reports work, but as noted when you submit them, you shouldn’t expect a personal response. They are meant to make it easier to report bugs that affect many people, not to address one person’s concerns. If you do have something that requires individual attention, I recommend you contact support first and then decide whether to also post here on the forums or via the in-game tool.

1) Selecting the dailies doesn’t change anything.
When you will accomplish first 5 dailies from the list you will get reward, regardless of your selection. (selecting daily only clouds the picture for me)

2) There was bug with the wrong date/time on local computer, causing bad daily behaviour. – Check the time

3) If I remember correctly, you can take the reward for the daily only with the character that did the daily, so if You had changed characters watching selected dailies, you could have misted the chest above you minimap.

4) There was a bug with scoring two dailes at a time and jumping from 4/5 to 6/5, it wouldn’t give a reward, don’t know if it was fixed already.

My time on my computer is accurate, as is the date. The time of my post is 8pm PST because that’s when I finished the 7th item on my daily list and got nothing. I have done nothing differently than I have in the last month that I’ve been doing dailys. That being said, it’s unlikely that I’m doing something that has varied from the last 30 days. I get on at 4pm PST every day as I have for the last month…and do my dailys. This problem had not occured previously until they added the selectable list.

As for the in game bug report option, it didn’t work for me at all. In order for a submit button to be clickable…it needs to light up. I added stuff, removed stuff, clicked options, unclicked options, put categories and subcategories etc. I clicked and filled in everything on that form that can be filled in, and never once did the submit button light up or become clickable. I never expected a “personal response”. I just wanted it to work so that the issue I was having could be looked into.

As for the comment about “one persons concerns”…..how am I to know that this has not happend to others? Because I am one person and I have a concern, I’m not allowed to make a post or a possible bug submission? My steps to resolution may differ, but that doesn’t mean they are wrong. I would prefer to make contact with technical support options before moving on to customer support options.

But I thank you for the input. Maybe it was a one time issue….maybe it will reoccur, I’m just making others aware that this issue has in fact occured.

That could very well be what the issue was. I did complete two daily achievements under an event selection, and area mob killer selection.
