Guild Wars 2

This has been a problem for me ever since I started Tier 2 of Fractal, 10-19. From what I read, you can get a daily chest doing Fractal 1-9, 10-19., and so on.

The first time I had no problems, doing Fractal 1 and 11 both gave me 2 daily chest.

The second time I did Fractal 1, I received my daily chest. I than did Fractal 12 and did not receive a chest.

The third time I started on Fractal 11, I received a daily chest, than did Fractal 6 and did not receive a chest.
