While capturing a camp to complete the WvW daily claim I noticed that when reaching a new WvW level at the same time as completing the daily, the daily chest is lost. I was able to claim the WvW level chest as per usual, but the daily chest not so much, even after completing an extra daily achievement.

This happen to me also… i remember the last daily i had to do was capping a camp in wvw.

I know this isn’t the best solution, but I believe I’ve found a way to at least get the laurel even if you miss out on the bit of karma and essence of luck. Do the PvP Daily. Just tried that this morning, and even though I had 100% on the standard Daily, it recognized that I had not yet received a laurel when I completed the PvP Daily. Again, I know this isn’t ideal, but for anyone who really wants to keep up with laurels, this worked for me (though no promises that it’ll work universally).

This happened to me as well. I just checked and I completed the daily but no laurel

Same problem here, tried to logout and login again, guesting, entering wvw and leaving, nothing helps.

same here….nothing seems to work to get the chest like Aydrae mentioned!!!

The news post says the bug has been fixed, but those of us who failed to receive a chest apparently still don’t have one. I even completed another step of my daily to try and trick it into updating that I hadn’t opened the chest yet, and still no chest.

I didn’t level, but I did the Camp achievement as my fifth daily achievement, and it didn’t award a chest, but I got 5/5 done. Please fix this bug and of course give me my chest.

Same here. I think it’s something with the Camp achievement itself, not the WvW rank up, because I didn’t rank up today.

I am 100% sure you can receive a WvW rankup chest and daily at the same time – I’ve noticed when it’s happened before

I did not receive my daily chest when I completed it last night, and this is most likely due to the crashing bug mentioned on the index page.
the bug went something like this:
there were 2 daily achievements for “Daily Mists Camp Capturer”
if you captured 3 camps, both of these were marked as done. I dont know if you actually got double achievement points for this… the daily page said you did.
if you then looked at your daily achievements page, your game likely crashed (mine didn’t at first, but then did when I went to PvE, but my friends’ did when still in WvW)
I happened to have 4 completed dailies before capturing the 3rd camp, so I went from 4 to 6 completed by that capture. this could be why we didn’t receive the daily chest?

Same here, 6 out of 5 dailys done even and no chest. My game even hardlocked while trying to display the daily achievements panel before the patch.

Will we get reimbursed I wonder. :/

Same problem to me, it seems the patch did not work.
6/5 achievement, and still no chest. After the daily camp capturer completed (5/5) nothing happened.
Took several waypoints, nothing.

Same here, no daily chest in WvW, happened about two hours ago.

The patch only removed the broken daily and prevented more client crashes but have not reimbursed anything.

I have a different bug: Did 4 achievements and as last one of these 4 I did the Camp Capturer.

Then I got my daily achievement chest – it showas 5/5… but I only did 4. I checked the page.

Add me to the list. No chest awarded after I completed my daily. Captured my third camp in wvw, which should have given me my chest, but didn’t get a thing.

Also add me to the list. I got no chest after capturing my third camp in wvw, which was my last achievement.

Yep, tally up another chest lost here. Camp Capture was also the last one completed for me.

Hi – me too, I haven’t received my Daily achievement chest, and I was in wvw when I hit the 5 that were required.

5/5 for me as well, no chest. Got 5th ach by capping supply camp.

No chest either. Where is mah rewards!

I have had the same problem, although I was not ranking up at the time. Camp capturer was my last daily and it did flash up but no chest was received. I even tried doing a sixth achievement (having seen that camp capturer was showing up twice and theorising that it hadn’t counted), and tried relogging, but no luck. Oh well.

I notice prior to finishing my daily that, camp capture was showing twice on my screen.

It was not showing twice for me, I logged in after it had been “fixed”. I guess they removed the working one not the duplicate one. I want my laurel

Same thing happened to me, and found it weird, because I had duplicate “WvW Camp Capture” in daily achievement. As soon has I done the achievement, no daily chest reward.

Can we at least get a reply to this Anet? :/

Yeah got the same problem, 2 times the camp capture in my tracking.
Got no reward.
Tried to do another of the daily achievements, didn’t help. :-(

This really sucks.

I have encountered a related issue; I completed the daily while doing the Halloween Inquisition (was at 4/5 and jumped to 6/5 with daily activity completer and the inquisition one) and didn’t get a chest.

Update: Well, I afk timed out of inquisition while making this post, and when I logged back into LA, I had my daily chest there. Go figure ^^

same problem but it happened twice

the day the camp was the daily objectives and a few hours after the daily reset i finished it and again no daily chest/laurel and im about to finish the monthly and it better not kitten that up too

missed out on two laurels

Daily has now reset and still no reward chest. Really makes me not want to play the game if they can’t resolve even this minor issue. Glad now I decided to wait on buying gems.
