This thing is not working 99% of the time. And yes I am aware that this has to be done on the last hit that kills the mob.

Yep, something is not quite right. I’ll keep experimenting.

My working theory is you can’t use the same combo twice…still experimenting

From what we did best bet is to use firefield with projectile attacks.

i just finished mine and it worked for me im a ranger ran with an ele finished it in no time

I was just testing this on my trap ranger with an axe warrior. Most of the kills didn’t count, but when she stayed back and did whirling axes and sent bolts at the cows rather than hitting them directly they counted.

I’m thinking it’s got to be the projectile that kills the enemy, or at least damages them, for it to count. a Ranger shooting through an Elementalist field should always count if one of the combo’d arrows is the killshot.

edit:
I should add it seems like it needs to be an offensive combo not a defensive one. shooting through a water field and curing conditions won’t count.
