I noticed this happen the other day and just tested it today. The moment you entre the Urban Battleground Fractal you get the daily achievement. You can go to Mist Lock, keep entering and exiting fractals until Urban Battleground comes up and you’ll get it without doing anything else.

I’m expecting that you’d actually need to complete a fractal to get the daily

This was an old bug from fractured living story dailies.
I don’t know why this daily has come back everyday for 4 days now.

Anyway, it might not be bugged anymore. Just tried, didn’t get credit by entering ascalon fractal, so i ran it solo, and i still didn’t get credit by completing it. (screenshot below)

/edit: well never mind what i just posted, i went back to mistlock, rolled again for ascalon, and got the daily. (2nd screenshot)
