If you have below the level needed for the daily fractal level you will not get the rewards even if you do a higher level fractal. I just completed a lvl 19 fractal, but my fractal level is 7. Everyone else got the daily reward, but I did not.

Seconded. Personal level 10, did a level 11 Fractal run, I got neither my daily achievement chest, nor my pristine relic bonus chest. If it makes a difference, I did not play through the entire sequence. I joined up just as the first round was ending. I played through the entire second round, third round, and boss round.

it’s probably their way to push people to do more fractals.

The same thing happened to me. My personal lvl is 9 and did a full run of lvl 13. I didnt get the normal daily fractal chest I used to get, nor the new daily fractal achievement and its reward.

Bug report sent in game. Hopefully this is not intended …

Same here. Just completed a level 11 run where my personal level is 6. No daily chest.

Same here…. Personal level of 1 (lol) .. did a lvl 16 with guildies .. and didn’t get it completed (daily still says 0%)

I had this bug too, did a level 2, personal reward level 10, and didn’t get the pristine fractal relic.

Same thing here too. I completed a level 11 (personal 4 at the time) and no bonus chest nor credit for the daily. I then did a level 5 (story level 5 now) and again no bonus chest. So no Pristine Fractal Relic for me today…

I have just run two fractals, one level 11 and one level 13 and have got neither the daily fractal chest or the achievement for daily fractal, at the time my personal scaler was below both of these levels.

Welcome to my world, I haven’t received that chest with pristine relic since week after launch EOTM
( so like a year already)

I wonder if Anet is going fo fix my case along with others, probably not XD
