So i did the JP behind the troll cave in Lion’s arch (NE) (forgot the name of the JP itself), from start to finish and even got the chest with loot at end and all, but still my daily JP is on 0/3.

I ahve however already done 5 others daily objectives so already got the daily chest fine.

Odd, it’s the first one out of 3 which I did this morning (few hours ago) and it worked fine. What might happen is that you skipped the actuall trigger point somehow? Perhaps by using a mesmer portal or by teleporting.

no portal and ehmm well i was a thief but i cant really see anywhere in that particular JP you could even teleport over, simply no flat ground anywhere, at any point, so no i did nothing but run and jump (and interact with the chest ofc). I did also jump down at at the end, rather than using a WP to get out

The game triggers credit when you walk over a certain spot. In theory, it’s got to be large enough that most people are going to hit it. Today’s challenge was “finding” the JP, not completing it. So you’re looking for something near the beginning of the route, not the end.

For Troll’s End, I believe it triggers somewhere inside the well. When a similar achievement was part of the monthly requirement, I missed getting credit for some of my toons, but not others. The only difference was where I landed in the well — I suspect you just fell an inch the wrong direction. If you’re on again before the reset, you might try jumping from the well again. Or visit the start of Sharkmaw (near the Vista) or Urmaug — both those are much easier to reach than the one for Troll’s End.

I’m not talking about the one down the well, this was the one behind the troll cave, yeah Urmaug i belive it is called now you say it, but as I said couldnt remember the name, and i honestly cant see how you would miss the trigger there no matter where it is placed, that JP is in such confined space

Gummi: the puzzle is in a confined place, but the trigger is not. Go back to the entrance to the cave and walk around there. I can’t check now (since I’ve done a lot of JPs), but I’m pretty sure I got my second credit from Urmaug.

And my apologies: when you said “troll” I thought you meant Troll’s End — Urmaug is an Ettin. (I know, hard to tell the difference: both big and ugly.)

Re: portals — if you pass Urmaug’s chest, there’s a place you can set a portal and people can gain access from the other side.

That aside, I got all 3 credits for daily from 3 LA JP so I’m pretty sure they’re working fine.
