Daily JP does not award experience anymore. Don’t know whether it’s intentional or a bug, but I remeber getting some exp before.

It was probably when it was the Daily/Monthly and you completed that achievement, therefore getting exp

Nope. I did it as the first achievement of the day and I always make JP monthly in the first day of the new month. And I’m preeeeetty sure, that it gave exp before, because I leveled my alt that way.
