Daily reset an hour early?
Yes. I had the same problem. I was a couple events away from getting my daily achievements completed. Today in Canada was Day-Light Savings; the clocks went back an hour. I suppose this is one thing that they forgot to account for. It really sucks.
T_T me too; even rushed to the computer at 4:30 to get them all in under the wire; guess I missed out.

This always happens at daylight savings the new reset is 7pm est. and will be 8 pm est in the spring.
Dailies reset at midnight UTC. I doubt it will change for the daylight savings.
They reset at 0:00 GMT, without changes. If you have winter/summer time transitions and you missed because of that – that your own problem, not server’s
War doesn’t determine who is right, only who is left.
The servers run on the international standard time (the aforementioned 00:00 UTC). You are an hour earlier, not the servers.
Aside from the one day in the autumn and the one day in the spring, you always have the same exact amount of time to complete your dailies, so don’t procrastinate if you wish to complete them.
