Hi guys,

as you can see we are back in the Fractal week dailys. Every day we have “Daily Fractal Runner” since round about 2 weeks now.
Could a dev pls take a look at this?

That’s a normal daily category, not a fractal week daily

i know its a normal category, but as far as i know not for every kitten day. during the fractal week it was everyday to get the meta achievement.

im pretty sure theyre random and they’ve always been there, they arent the same as the fractal week meta achievement ones, you can tell by the background

No, this is a bug. Normally Daily Fractal Runner only shows up about once a week. However, it’s appeared every single day for the last week and a bit. I suspect it’s due to a bug with the Dailies “bringing back” the Fractured Fortnight dailies, same way that the Boss Week dailies made an unexpected return.

To the OP, just ignore the Fractal dailies if you don’t want to do them. I just look at it as another option for me to get 1 AP for the day.

How do you do this ?

Just enter the fractal lobby and cycle the fractals until you get ascalon (just like how you cycle for swamp). It should give you the daily as soon as you enter the ascalon fractal. Its a bug, probably something to do with the transform on that fractal.

Note: If you find ascalon and then get a friend to join they wont get it completed. They have to cycle with you or cycle themselves. Basically to get the achieve you have to go from the lobby to the ascalon fractal.

I tried exactly that just after your first message, it didn’t worked for me (i started – alone – a level 1 fractal, rerolled until joining ascalon, walked a bit around, but no achievement for me – maybe it’s a selective bug

Are you sure? I never saw it pop up on my screen. But it definately had it complete in my daily category when doing that. Ive confirmed it works with multiple people. Me and some friends have been doing it every day for the last few days since i discovered it. It has worked every single time.

You’re right, i hadn’t checked the achievement panel and was falsly relying on the achiement pop-up not being triggered, but indeed, it worked for me too. Thanks for the information and the clarification !
