I have experienced this a total of 3 times now. Once against Jormag and twice against Teqatl. I am using a level 80 ranger armed with a Ghastly Longbow of Force(+5% damage) Before the patch, I generally used the same strategy on both these dragons which involved me targeting their front left claws. However, now when I do so, no damage is registering no matter how close I get. I have confirmed that I can still damage Teqatl’s right front claw but it seems I have to be closer to do so than what I would have had to have been before the patch.
