I’ve done bloodstone fen 100% with a necromancer in order to get necromancer’s cache (item related to Dark Harvest achievement) but it didn’t count. log out, restart, go again all spots on the map but still no update. anyone else had previously this issue?

Considering that achievement was created before the advent of Bloodstone Fen (which is a very easy map to complete), I’m guessing you need to complete an original Heart of Thorns map (Verdant Brink, Tangled Depths, Auric Basin, Dragon’s Stand).

I don’t think Bloodstone Fen nor any other added maps will suffice.

That would imply there are multiple items with that name with different items ID.

Did you open the chest?

As far as I know, the boxes of class gear aren’t on the loot table for Bloodstone Fen’s map completion; instead, the reward is closer to old Tyria map rewards (piece of exotic gear, bloodstone rubies, and trans charge/key).

Khisanth i couldn’t open the box because, as i understood Bloodstone Fen dont count as map for that achievment, so i didn’t got that chest. but tbh i dont think that box is lootable, beeing only trophy reward. Anyway thanks all for help. i will complete another map (VB most likely)

Only the four original maps that came with Heart of Thorns are eligible to give you a Class Cache. Bloodstone Fen is not even listed as a Heart of Maguuma Map, so any dailies related to it such as Heart of Maguuma Lumberer, Heart of Maguuma Miner and Heart of Maguuma Forager can not be completed in it.

Still, as noted above, since the Achievement was created before the creation of Bloodstone Fen, it would not likely be included.

You are correct regarding the OP’s question about the Class Cache.

However, you can absolutely get the Heart of Maguuma dailies in Bloodstone Fen. I jump there with my portal scroll everytime for lumberer, miner or forager.

The game itself counts BF and EB as “Heart of Maguuma”. Heart of Maguuma dailies like vista viewer and gatherer count if you do them in either map.

Ok, then. I was basing my question on the inaccurate information from the poster above that claimed Dailies did not count there.

I did notice the Wiki places Ember Bay in its own region, though, and not as part of the Heart of Maguuma region.

Yes. I can confirm. For the ascended specializations you need to clear
Verdant brink,
Auric basin,
Tangled depths
or
Dragons’ stand
With said profession. Maps released after HoT are not consider Heart of the Maguuma

They pushed it in because it came after HoT. It also increased the available HoT mastery points slightly.

As stated above the Necromancer’s Cache is available only from the original 4 HoT zones. That was quite a bit before Bloodstone Fen became available and as this is so easy to map I doubt they will ever update it to give the cache.

I found Dragon Stand easiest to complete, if you get on a reasonable map you can do all of the map points locked in the southern area of the map in one go. Hero points are easy.
