Guild Wars 2

I dunno if this is anything but wiki says 0 to 3 darkmatter per exotic with a 0.5 average.. and i have gotten 0 from about 20 exotics.. is that normal??

Sorry I have been using Masters salvage kit. forgot to mention that. and about 10 of the 20 were weapons from COF and CM vendors from Lion’s arch

That is highly unusual, but you could just be on a really, really bad streak of luck.

What are you using to salvage?

“Salvaging high level exotic gear yields between 0 and 3 Globs of Dark Matter, with an estimated average of 0.5 globs per exotic with a level range 68-80 using a Master’s salvage kit.”

So it needs to be a Master’s or above (Mystic or Black Lion salvage kit)
