Gain power based on your toughness. Power gain doubles while in shroud.
Gain Power Based on a Percentage of Toughness: 7%
Gain Power Based on a Percentage of Toughness: 14%

Ironically, if you go into Shroud, you get 0% instead of 14%. As if you did not have the trait at all.

Toughness 1112 (1292 in shroud)
2666 power without trait
2744 with trait
2667 with trait AND shroud (instead of expected 2847)

I’m stupid… I had Signet of Spite equipped… So maybe I can change it to, erhm, Signets bugged: not showing in Shroud form!! cough
