I checked my critical chance in and out of deathshroud… 20% out of death shroud, 20% in death shroud. Obviously, this grandmaster trait does not work AT ALL. I re-traited specifically for this, sacrificing all of my normal defensive trait points.

It does work. The hero panel doesn’t update.
