I’m having the same bug.
Complete all the instance all the way up to Clean up the Docks. The cinematic starts and the game crashes.
After trying some easy things, and failing on the forth attempt I…
1. Found an empty 500 gb hard drive
2. Installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 Pro 64bit. on my Intel Core 2 Quad
3. Patched up to current.
4. Installed the latest NVidia drivers for my GeForce GTX 460
5. Downloaded and installed the game clean.
6. Tried again.

Same crash, same place.
Please fix.

Did you get through it? I turned the graphics to best performance and it worked:)
