Have you tried going around the castle?
The way this event works is that when there’s other people further in the ‘quest’ that you get barred out until they complete it. If they are failing for a long time it might be stuck is my guess.
its been stuck for almost an hour i think alot of people are here with me
One workaround is to guest to another World, and you may find the quest/episode out of the stalled state. Some players have success with this.

You need to be level 10 to continue.
