Ok so i have the Celestial Goassamer Insignias and the Gossamer crafting components
now when i go to discover the new armor piece, the insignias dont show, however the crafting components do

Do you have the recipe for the Armor pieces? Celestial Gear requires a recipe. You will likely find them on the TP.
