As noted on the in-game Bug Report window, you won’t receive a response when submitting a report in-game.
Make sure to clear out your in-game mail and pickup any items/gold waiting for you at the TP.

The problem is my mail was completely empty and when I opened the mail I received there was nothing in it.
Again, you will need to discuss it with the CS Team. We, on the forums, can not help you, other than directing you to the Team that can assist you.
