Great feature, but can it exclude depositing my minis? I forget half the time and “zip” there goes my mini back to the collection bank.

I haven’t tested or tried this theory but try putting them in an invisble bag or safe box. I believe they are not moved since items are not sorted or put for sale if they are in the bag/box.

Deposit collectibles deposits MINIS too? Who thought that was good design? I really hope this was just an oversight, because the image of a bunch of devs all deciding players would rather send a bagful of mats off one at a time to preserve the mini(s) they want to carry, instead of sending off all their mats at one time and being able to send a mini directly (if ever needed), was A-OK! Yeppers! Let’s have lunch, we’re done here!

At least now I know why my minis keep disappearing back to the bank. I haven’t even bothered to carry the minis I paid for—nor have I bought anymore, so there! ;-)—as I got tired of them vanishing all the time. Guess I should’ve asked about this myself a long time ago. Didn’t think it would be something so…well, stu…silly.

The feature is “deposit all collectibles,” and by ANet’s definition, that means minis (since they appear in the Collections tab of the bank).

The principle behind it isn’t silly: before we had that feature (in BETA), people’s bags filled up with materials very quickly. I agree that the impact on miniatures is unfortunate at best.

However, if you put a mini into any invisible bag or safe box, it won’t be deposited (nor will any mats that go there).

Thanks for the tips on changing my bags. I didn’t even think to do this
