"Deposit All Material" is no longer working
You might consider using -repair on your client, in case of a corrupted file(s). Top of Page – Services/Support – KB – Search (Repair)
Oh, and of course, make sure nothing is in an Invisible Bag.

Are you using invisible bags? Items in an invisible bag will not be deposited when you use the “Deposit All” button. Other “special” types of bags might also prevent items in them from being auto-deposited.
