Hi

Last night I accidentally clicked deposit all collectables knowing that for some items (such as copper ore) there was no free bank slot ; I just have the basic 30 slot bank.

Several items such as the ore and gems have now effectively disappeared from my bags, and are not in the bank. Are they in some bank tab that I have been too daft to see, or if not are they gone forever?

If they have disappeared into some random black hole I would appreciate if they could be restored to me please.

Collectibles do not go into your regular bank slots (we would have some serious space issues if they did!).
There is indeed a second bank tab, specifically for all collectibles from cooking items to crafting materials and minis
When you check your bank next time, look on the left hand side, the collectibles tab looks like a grid of small squares.

You just need to look at the collectibles tab on when you visit a tradesmith for example tailoring (the icon is many small squares). All your items are not lost they are just in a collectibles bank.
