Currently (since yesterday due to other people complain about the bugged) the catapult needed to enter on top of moorwatch tower for a Point of Interest and Vista cannot be interacted thus prevent anyone from getting those two points.
Also the NPC “Tigh Snatchskull” just wander around the catapult which I was told he suppose to bring in some cattles which start an event and will eventually lead the catapult to become interactive.
I’m on the Desolation server so I do not know if the other server are affected by this bugged.

This same bug is affecting multiple other North American servers at the least. The server that I’m on Northern Shiverpeaks is also affected. The only way that people have found to get around it is to server hop until you find a server where it’s not broken on and do it there then transfer back to your original server. Some people say they’ve had to try multiple servers though before they find one where it’s not broken.

I came here specifically to report this. It actually have been over a week since I 1st came around this issue, at leats on Sorrow’s Furnace.

Im 98% of this map and players are gathering by dozens around Tigh and his assistant waiting for him to go look for those cattles (lazy punk) or the scientist to actually fire some people up. Please look into this.
