Did anyone have their black lion chest reset?

You won’t get any response for an issue like that here… you need to create a support ticket. The link is in the top right: Services -> Support -> Submit a request
Whatever you do, DO NOT CONSUME ANY OF YOUR UNWANTED ITEMS. They may ask you to delete those items before giving you your old ones. If you consume them, they may not be able to help you.

I didnt consume them, just put them in the bank. And i did make an ingame ticket, but no response yet.
There is no such thing as an ‘in-game ticket’, only a Bug Report, which states (in the Bug Report window) will garner no response.
For a guaranteed, individualized response, you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
