Try deleting some old mails, as the limit are 10 (counting player and system mails). You may even have to delete them all.
I sent my husband about 200 or so discarded rags, and a few misc. items via mail, and he didn’t get them. I know I sent them to the right person. But when I go to check his mail they aren’t there…
