Guild Wars 2

Today I participated in a Free Tournament with a guild mate of mine and the rest pug. We won the first round and lost the second round. We waited for our rewards and a little later my guild mate said he got his reward but I never received mine.

This was my first Free Tournament. Was I suppose to do anything special? My guild mate told me it would appear as a chest reward like you get from map completions but I never got a thing. Tried switching maps even to see if that would help but it did not.

Bump. Any word on why or if I was suppose to do anything to receive my reward?

Odd. When gw2 was released there was this bug that u get only 1/10 of your chests u won. Tho It’s working perfectly since they fixed it.
Even tho, If you don’t get your free tourney chest It’s no biggie since free tourneys are now easy to win. ^^

I’m going to bump this as I just had this issue. Was running with my guild and we lost in the second round. None of us received our rewards yet, about 30 minutes after the round.

Edit: I joined a hot-join game and I received my rewards.
