Did not receive purchase from Gem Store

Purchased a Flame Dye pack not to long ago from the Gem Store and didn’t get it in my mail yet. I didn’t realize a new build was just released when I purchased it so I feel like that possibly could interfere with the transaction. Could I possibly get this re-sent to me?
