I just finished the level 10 Fractal of the Mists, for the first time today, and did not receive the daily chest.
I did right before hand do level 10 with a different group, but we did not pass the 2nd fractal and disbanded due to a DC and someone leaving, so this should not have counted towards me “receiving” the chest, as I didn’t.
