My friends and family (yeah, a family. My brother plays gw2 too) who atended the karka event obtained the prize, but I didn’t. Is it still being sent out? When I tried to send a support ticket, I get this error.

I didn’t get anything in post either and i was in the Karka Instance the other 2 players who played with me got rewards but i didn’t
There was a lot of bugs in the Karka area

I also didn’t get mine, however there is no shortage of players in my Guild claiming to have received one even though they got the Event reward. Nice.

I did receive it today and I’m very glad about it too. I wasn’t able to collect much from the events because anytime it got interesting I got a DC. So, yes, I’m very, very glad now!
