Yes I did, that is what I mean by only being able to see the recaps from the NPCs nearby. I watched them both. I have also watched the recaps multiple times to no avail.

Ok just to recap: Went to Citadel then down into the citadel stockade and rox and rytlock were not there?
Went to hoelbrak and into knut’s instance and dialoge did not start when you approached knut.
other then that i just don’t know sorry

My guild helped me so I got it now. It was the stockade cutscene I had missed. Thanks for your help!
