Today when I logged in, I didn’t receive my Daily login chest. I hadn’t logged in for 2 days in a row, until today. I checked all of my characters, thinking maybe I had a previous daily login chest that was “stuck” and needed opening before I opened the new one, but I found none.

I reported the issue in game like I could, but I was curious, has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Edit: Oh yeah, submitted a report under General PvE →Renowned Heart/Dynamic Content since no Sub-Area from any category really had anything to do with my problem.

There have been a few scattered reports of missing Log-In chests. Sometimes, they are found on the character first logged-in with.

No one seems to have had the issue for more than one day in a row. Remember, the chests are soul-bound.

I checked all my characters. Won’t this make me lose my daily login streak?

No, there is no Daily Log-In streak. If you miss a day, you pick it up the next time you log in. There is no ‘daily’ requirement to log in.

Yeah, but that’s what I’m asking, I don’t know if I’ll lose that “streak” per se, since I didn’t get my chest today and I logged in. So, the next time I log in, I’ll get what should’ve been today’s chest.
