A lot of my guild members received their birthday gifts as soon as their account’s age hit 365 days old.
Mine is already 366 but I haven’t received my gift yet?
I was told some people received two of them so….did mine magically go to them instead?

Check if you have enough space in your mailbox (the limit is 10 mails), also check if some of your other characters have mails in their mail box.

(In my experience, the only way to be sure this sort of problem is not related to too many mails in inbox, you have to delete all mails on all characters.)

It’s the characters age that counts, thus people who were satisfied with their intial characters recieve more than one birthday gift.

I myself got one, since I’ve remade my characters about 3000 times each, apart from my main.

Nope, due to a bug some characters didn’t recive any birthday gift.

Therefore ANet reset all gifts and those people which already got their gift received a second one.
(Which is stated in the patch notes and intended behaviour, but should have nothing to do with Exodus’ problem)

Ahaha, thanks for the quick replies, I went through most of my characters except for my oldest one(forgot about it). I now see my birthday gift.
I guess I should’ve checked more before posting. But thanks anyways!
