What in the world is going on out there?
Tp is tripping, I cant even enter this website normaly without bc.
And now, my gems are gone to? Im waiting for 30minutes now, and still no gems…
I already did the suport tickedtstuff, but still.. omg
fix it quick please! I need my gems now

What gems are u talking about? Gem purchase via store for real money? gems purchased with gold from TP exchange? or gems you get for buying HoT?

if the former 2 i can’t help you, but if the latter ie form purchasing HoT, those take 72 hours b4 u get them.

Location: The Netherlands EU
Game world: Aurora Glade
The last time i successfully used the TP: At around 13:00 GMT+1
When you first noticed an issue: When redeeming a 2000gem code at the TP, the code was accepted, the display showed I’d receive 2000gems, but there were none in my inventory (used a total of 7codes worth a total of 14.000gems and got nothing.)
Specifically, what items or currencies were involved: Gems only

Update:

One of our programmers gave this a good look, and there was an outage earlier today that may have delayed delivery. But at this time, all queued or pending orders have been delivered.

If you have issues, please let us know, but this appears to have resolved as of this morning.

UPDATE: Guys, Tech said there was an update made, however, the change needs to get out to the datacenter, and your browser cache needs to refresh.
So, if you have not yet, please try to log out of the game (closing it fully), clear your browser cache and try to log back in.
The cache can be found at: * Located: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp * There are a number of gw2cache folders located here. * These folders are the web browser cache for the in-game browser that runs the trading post and gem store. * Deleting these Cache folders is like clearing a browser cache for the trading post and gem store.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

Please note that as I mentioned above, the programmer researching this issue did not feel that flushing the cache would be an effective means of clearing this issue.
