Guild Wars 2

I have restarted my laptop, the game and nonetheless I can’t access the Diessa Plains via the gates or the waypoints on the European server Ruins of Surmia.
The following message always comes up followed by the game closing:
"Network error. The inability to connect to Guild Wars 2 may be caused by internet routing issues or server network failure."
Don’t know if anyone else is having these problems or it’s just me either.

I have the same problem my other characters work fine the problem is my guardian which was in diessa when restart became and now i cant log on to that character.

Some players have had success by adding the command line argument, -prefreset.

Same problem here none of my char can load in diessa platue and my main char war is there stuck, i cant load him all other 9 chars are fine and can be loaded

I’m getting the same “network error” when I try to enter Diessa from the Black Citadel – using the map to jump straight to Blazeridge Steppes works okay, it’s lucky today’s daily boss isn’t in Diessa…

P.S doing -prefreset didnt help either

I’m having the exact same thing happen whenever I try to get into Diessa with any character.

Oh wow, seems to be a lot of people are having this issue, I hope they will fix it soon because I really want to continue on the main quest

Still getting the network error. But then, it is still the middle of the night for Anet…

Please, help. 2 of my chars are locked in Diessa Plateau. Network error 5:11:3:159:101. Both are situated at the crimson puzzle.

I’m having the same problem right now and already had it with Divinity’s Reach, yesterday. In that particular case I only got into the city by using a specific WayPoint, all other ways I tried failed. For Diessa Plateau I haven’t found a way to enter yet.

Sucks because I want to continue my story quests… :/

Same problem here, please let us know when you will start fixing this.

Also having the same problem with one character stuck there, repairing the client didn’t work (was worth a shot)

My husband and I are also having this issue. Started off with him because his character is currently in Diessa Plateau. He kept getting the network error(
Code = 5:11:3:159:101) but I was fine with my character. He restarted his computer and everything. We then tried to log into his account on my computer and the network error happened again.

Lastly I logged in with one of my characters and tried to go there and also got the network error.

Please fix it soon!

I have the same issue (i opened a ticket too about that).. i can log into all my characters except the one that is located in Diessa Plateau.

Still not working, I tried to log in my character which is in Diessa Plateau, and the game crashes. Tried to take one of my other characters there to see if there was a problem with the area and boom. Game crashed Is annoying as I only want to play my guardian who is stuck in there!

quick question for those with -maploadinfo command on, is the IP you’re getting on .119:0?
