I need this to be fix QQ, i’m planning to get the noble heavy armor from CM but the helm messed up my character face, please fix it

It looks like the same face just the beard is removed. Hair gets removed with a lot of gear (most notably town gear) when it shouldn’t. Should be put on a list to get fixed though.

Yes, unfortunately, headwear tends to remove hair, even facial hair, it seems. I’ve never come across that because I have no Male characters. Hopefully, some day they will fix that. If you are the only one that has happened to, I am sure you could submit a report to CS, so they can be aware of your problem. Good luck. =)

This is a major problem in ALMOST every game. The hair on the face clips with a lot of helms, so the game removes the facial hair on most male models. There are only a few games I can think of that let you keep your hair actually. It stinks, but Anet is of the opinion that clipping issues trump having what the customers want. Thus, why we don’t have capes still 9 months in.

I’d rather let it clip instead of having my face like that.

They probably remove the facial hair because otherwise it would stick out of the front of the helm. It’s easier to remove than to make every beard in game not clip with every helmet.

Well you and me both. It’s why I haven’t made male characters in this game or actually the last few I have played.
