Guild Wars 2

Only just upgraded my account a while ago.
And I only just recieved these few items only, but not the influences booster or the mini Rytlock.

Is there a known issue about this or anyone in the same situation?

Did you check your miniatures tab? What came in the Mail they sent? Maybe another is backed up. Have you tried emptying your mail?

Yeah, your mail looks full. Delete a message or two, and see if another one comes.

Well, it says 3/10, but it has been known to bug out, even when it says it is not full. =/

Just checked the mini tab and it isn’t there, and also try to re login but that isn’t helping either. :/

Try to delete all your mail and log in again on that charater. Also yeah it won’t be in your miniature tab you have to put it in there manually after it comes in the mail.
