Disconnect error & rewards deleted

I am disconnecting due to an error and everything that I have earned is erased. When i reconnect the game is reset about 10 minutes back in time. Please fix this, it is annoying to have nice rewards drop just to find it gone after disconnect.

Hey there,

The devs are working on a hotfix that should roll out today. You certainly can contact Customer Support if you find that something is missing, but we’ve found that nearly all accounts return to their proper status — items, achievements, etc., restored — by waiting for a little while after a crash or disconnect. If you find after a few hours that you still are missing something, do submit a ticket.

In the meantime, we hope to reduce the issues today.

IDK if this is related but I did a few more of the crack in the ice achievements today and when I looked at the hero panel it only shows 18 of 21 completed but when i count the completed achievements I have done 21 of them. Do some not count on the progress bar towards the Glacial Gauntlets box?

I have this too. I have done 19 or 20 but it says in the tracker I have only done 16.
