I’ve been disconnected several times from the server within the past 45 minutes out of the blue.

So what is going on folks? I rarely have this problem.

A lot of people are experiencing the issue, its server side.

I had this problem all evening today. Worst of all, I LOST achievements and items that I obtained 10-15 minutes before disconnect!!

Yeah I had just finished getting the recipe for Unbound. OPened it and was just reading recipe when got DC. Now recipe is gone, though the collection is complete and the NPC says i am done. Put in a ticket, I hope I get it back.

Was getting Code=3 and Code=7 for about a span of 40minutes a little over 2 hours ago, now my game client booted me and is saying Connection errors detected.

And now the download for the 64 bit client is at 1kb a second. What is happening Anet?

I am also getting an extremely slow download of the patch. It’s 6:30 am in Central Europe and usually the traffic load at this time is extremely light,

To be honest, parts of Central (and maybe Eastern also) Europe have had laggy periods during the evenings for at least 2 weeks now. I am with Deutsche Telekom and, using Ping Plotter freeware it shows consistently that the problem is where the trace route meets NC Soft’s servers (beyond this point, the packet loss just increases).

Respectfully, I ask ANet to look into these issues.

Any update on this? Getting disconnected every 5 minutes for the past day and half. Just a tad bit frustrating.

I have been disconnecting like crazy today. It would not be so bad if I was not right in the middle of a long quest chain, having to start over again and again.

Today I got a weird issue. I have been experiencing black screens dc for months now but that’s not the thing. But after a black screen dc when I tried to log in back I got a message like “Transaction in progress. Try again in a few minutes.” (or something like) just so soon I entered a char. O.o I have never seen such message before.

Well evidently it’s a select group of people… It appears to be from the latest Windows update.

Not in my case though. I needed to reinstall Windows and I don’t have all latest updates yet. Also not sure how it could be related but… who knows…

I don’t know what the hell is going on. Now I’m getting this error.
