Guild Wars 2

Hello all ,I would just like to say I really like guild wars 2. That being said I would also like to say I am tired of spending 45 minutes in a story line mission only to get disconnected 5 seconds before its over . For the past 4 or 5 missions I have done,I have had to repeat the story line 2 or 3 times. I support this game financially , I enjoy the game a lot .I would really like to see these client crashes fixed. I have spoken to my guild mates and many of them have experienced the same issues. same trouble doing the “temple of the forgotten god” 3 times, work my way through to the end and disconnect, start over, same thing. I am running a ping and never lost connection, only booted from arena.net. Any ideas or information on the issue? Seems like a lot of folks have the same issue.

I don’t think its due to personal story, dungeon, or even map completion.

Whenever we loose connection in GW2 we also loose access to guildwars2.com, this forums, the GW2 official wiki, and can’t ping guildwars2.com. At the same time a 3rd party site I have access to (server status website) confirms that the server is indeed up for other players.

This connection loss is intermittent around 1 minute of game play but is very noticeable when doing personal story quests or fractals.

I’ve heard stories about people not being able to complete either of the two due to server drops and didn’t see it first hand until today.

Although I’m hopeful that ANET can fix this issue, we don’t have alot of information to give them other than the above, and that is a huge amount of issues which could cause it.
