Disconnecting at the end of Personal story
Why is this still happening? Can we please get this fixed Anet? Going through the content repeatedly is getting really frustrating.

It just happened to my wife and I, twice tonight!!!!
Happened to me in the middle of trying to kill Mordremoth in a PUG last night. Screwed because the way it’s set up I had no way of getting back in, so I still haven’t completed HoT with this one particular character.
Just happened to me Liberating Apatia. Final cut scene and disconnect.
It seems like happens mainly at long personnel stories. There should be save points in all stories. Fixing this should not be taking this long. Very frustrating.
Just had the same happen at the end of Rat-Tastrophe and a few days ago at the end of Loved and Lost. Always seems to happen at the end of the last talking cinematic of a PS instance.
This is happening to me constantly at the end of every other personal story instance I enter the past few days. Always makes it to the final cutscene, then BOOM, lost connection, all progress gone, do it all over again. Such fun.
Same here, Retribution & Liberating Apatia just now. Lucky they we’re only short ones…rly takes the fun out of doing personal story missions.
But I’ve had many more DC’s over the past few weeks. Don’t know if it’s only linked to personal story.
Bump, Cause Ive been having this problem, Only in Orr though. I start the Personal story get to the end and disconnect right after the last cinematic. my lower level characters are fine its just when my engineer gets to the screen before the reward.
I have been having this problem since february and Anet will not acknowledge that this is not an isolated case and that people are suffering from some weird bug that disconnects us from story instances.
I’ve just finished deleting all my characters, don’t plan on coming back, and definitely do not plan on buying the next expansion pack.
If you are suffering from this bug DO NOT BUY THE NEXT EXPAC AND DO NOT SUPPORT ANET!

Just got disconnected twice in the middle of Forging the Pact, both times at the end of cinematics.

Disconnected three separate times after finishing Frozen Out. As others have stated, always in the last cut scene or dialog. So infuriating to finish a 30 minute mission over and over and over.
