Guild Wars 2

Server: Tarnished Coast. The quest is all completed aside from ONE evidence planting….but there is nowhere to finish it. It’s been like this all day.

I saw something like this on the Blackgate server last time I passed by there (that was days ago though); only one piece of evidence was planted and it was not obvious or intuitive how to plant more (if it was even possible).
