Dishonor for internet crash
Leaving the match for any reason and not returning within the grace period will get you dishonor and a forfeit. This is not a bug. Anet has no way to tell whether you crashed, you pulled your network connection out in a rage, or your ISP decided that moment was a good time for maintenance. So long as you don’t make a habit of leaving the match regularly (again, whether you intended to leave or not), the dishonor will quickly decay and not effect you.
Im not telling that this is a bug, im telling that this is an unfair and wrong situation and they have to think a solution to circumstances like these, like extend the grace period to all the match for instance.
They maybe cannot know if I crashed or whatever, but since I went back in the match before it was finished, this dishonor is senseless. A real deserter do not desert only for 1-2 min and then go back in fight, he deserts all the rest of the match! Im complaining especially about the two points loss for me and for the others, since we even won!

Because there is not a category for this instance maybe? under support there is only “technical support” or bugs, so. Also, i sent a ticket and they told me to write on this forum.

There used to be a Suggestion forums, but when that one was closed. The ‘Guild Wars 2’ Forum became the more appropriate one for said suggestions. I’d suggest you closed this one and open a new one there, as this is not a Bug, but more of a suggestion.
One of the sticky threads is, indeed “How to give good feedback” thus it is a forum that accepts feedback on various parts of the game including suggestions.
